Alex Lee Mosley born April 30, 1957 departed this life on Tuesday May 7, 2024 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 67-years old. Alex was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Willie Paul Mosley and the late Rachel Napier Mosley. Other than his parents, Alex was also preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Ann Mosley, brothers, Bill Mosley, and Johnny Mosley; sister, Joyce Sue Whitehead. Alex enjoyed working on cars and mechanic work and loved his dog.

Alex Lee Mosley leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: daughters, Helen Lee Hood of Combs, and Michelle Hood of Danville; sisters, Vernie Holland of Combs and Mary Williams of Hazard; brother Donnie Mosley of Combs; grandchildren, Laura Lee Marie Wooton, Naomi Leeann Wooton, Shawn Ray Whitehead. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Alex Lee Mosley will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday May 11, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Roy Johnson officiating. The Interment will follow in the Mosley Cemetery located at Combs, Kentucky.
