Arvil Dean Mullins born July 31, 1958 departed this life on Thursday July 20, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 64-years old. Arvil was born in Hazard, Kentucky and was preceded in death by his Mother, Ella Mae Mullins; Father, Raymond Mullins; Brothers, Paul Mullins, Ronnie Mullins, and Homer Mullins. Arvil was a Retired Coal Truck Driver, loved his Harley, and Spending time with his Grandchildren.

Arvil Dean Mullins leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Daughter, Ashley Hurt & William of Littcarr; Son, Austin Mullins & Madison Little of Hazard; Daughter, Dena Combs of Sassafras, KY; Brother, Shelby Mullins & Peggy of Georgetown, IN; Sisters, Lavern Snellen & Joe of Lebanon Junction, KY, Wanda Loudermilk & Robert of Louisville, KY, Collette Drury of Louisville, KY; Grandchildren, Kylie Grigsby, Mason Grigsby, Rylan Grigsby, Allyssa Hurt, and Jaxton Hurt; Special Ex-Wife, Deborah Caudill-Mullins-Joseph. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Arvil Dean Mullins will be conducted on Sunday July 23, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Billy Joe Kirby officiating. The Interment will follow in the Mullins-Madden Family Cemetery at Sassafras, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M.
