Aubrey Dwayne Hamblin born October 17, 1956 departed this life on Friday – June 13, 2025 at his residence in Lost Creek, Kentucky being 68-years old.  Aubrey was born in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late Thomas Hamblin and the late Bernice Maggard Hamblin.  Other than his parents, Aubrey was also preceded in death by his sisters, Marie Sizemore and Bonnie Lou Maggard; grandchildren, Dakota Bauer and Isaac Morris; nephew, James Thomas Hamblin.  Aubrey enjoyed life to the fullest, he was very well loved by family & friends.  Aubrey enjoyed weed eating, fishing, yard selling, westerns, can hunting, car racing and wrestling.

Aubrey Dwayne Hamblin leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife, Lula Hamblin of Lost Creek; four daughters, Crystal Burroughs & Tim of Stanford, KY, Audrey Napier & Brandon of Lily, KY, Janice Bauer & Raymond of Hazard, and Sue Halbert & Lee of Hazard; son, Brian Spencer & Angel of Happy; brother, Donald Hamblin & Rita of Cornettsville; two special brothers, Donnie Wallen & Hargis White; 31-grandchildren, 8-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Aubrey Dwayne Hamblin will be held on Sunday – June 15, 2025 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. with additional services to be held at 7:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday – June 16, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastors Buddy Turner & Randy Gwin officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Arch Halcomb Cemetery located at Little Leatherwood, Kentucky.
