Bayless "Ray" Sally born March 14, 1957 departed this life on August 27, 2022 in Clintonville, West Virginia.  Bayless was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Grover and Vivian Miller Sally.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by One Sister, Faye Sally and One Brother, Grover Sally, Jr. Bayless was a Member of the Ramp Holiness Church and enjoyed fishing, playing his guitar and singing.

Bayless "Ray" Sally leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: his loving ex-wife, Sandra Sally of Lewisburg; Daughter, Angie Ramsey of Wisconsin; Sisters, Ann Lockard & John of Cincinnati, Ohio, Opal Baker & Felix of Clintonville, Linda Sallee & Tim of Poca, Judy  Noble & Johnny of Hazard KY; Brothers, Jim Turner & Jeanie of Indiana, Jess Sally & Sue of Hazard, KY and Arnold Little & Karen of Cincinnati, Ohio; a host of several grandchildren, nieces, nephews; his dog, Patches; extended family and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Bayless "Ray" Sally will be conducted on Saturday September 3, 2022 at 2:30 P.M. at the Victory Lighthouse Pentecostal Church with Felix Baker officiating. The Interment will follow in the Sally Family Cemetery located at Hazard, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Victory Lighthouse Pentecostal Church on Saturday from 2:00 till 2:30 P.M.
