Bernie Hubbard born September 4, 1934, departed this life on Friday – August 15, 2025, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 90-years old.  Bernie was born in Mingo County, West Virginia and was the son of the late Charles Hubbard and the late Dixie Hubbard, other than his parents Bernie was also preceded in death by his brother, Charles Ray Hubbard; sister Judy Lee Neace; son, Ben Bernie Hubbard Jr.

Bernie Hubbard leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: sister, Grace Ann Childers; niece, Randi Neace; nephew, James Neace. Also, a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews survive.
