Betty McIntosh born October 26, 1952 departed this life on Saturday – December 20, 2025 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 73-years old.  Betty was born in Clay County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Kelly Combs and the late Edna Wooton Combs.  Other than her parents, Betty was also preceded in death by her Daughter, Bethany Sizemore; Brothers: Ivan Combs, Danny Combs, Jerry Combs, and Bert Combs; Sisters: Alice Riley, Rose Sandlin, and Dolly Combs.  Betty loved going to church and worshipping her Lord and Savior.  Betty was a member of the Community Harvest Church at Buckhorn, Kentucky.

Betty McIntosh leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband, Ronnie McIntosh of Buckhorn, KY; Sons: Kelly Ingram of Buckhorn, KY and James Ronnie McIntosh, Jr. of Sixteen Mile; Daughters: Charlena Jones of Chavies, KY and Vera Wooton of Buckhorn, KY; Sister, Vera Dean Amos of South Carolina; also a host of Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation will be held for Betty McIntosh on Friday – December 26, 2025 at the Community Harvest Church in Buckhorn, Kentucky from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday – December 27, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Community Harvest Church with Pastors Calvin & Carol Bowling officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Government Cemetery located at Buckhorn, Kentucky.
