Beulah Faye Fee-Vaughn born November 15, 1945 departed this life on Tuesday – December 16, 2025 at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, Kentucky being 80-years old.  Faye was born in Hyden, Kentucky the daughter of the late Lawrence Fee and the late Elva Collett Fee.  Other than her parents, Faye was also preceded in death by her brother, Lloyd Fee.

Faye had a life filled with many blessings, she had a passion for painting, flowers, and reading.  Faye loved reading her Bible especially, as she embedded her life on the word of God.  Faye wore many hats in her working career through the years, as she was a former Disc Jockey, owned and operated the Hazard Times Newspaper, Florist and Realtor.  Faye loved her family passionately and loved the friendships she had made throughout her life.  Faye was a member of the Man-O-War Church of God in Winchester, Kentucky.

Beulah Faye Fee-Vaughn leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband: David Vaughn of Winchester, KY; Children: Ladonya Feltner & David of Hyden, KY, Marvin Curtis Wilson of Asher, KY, Michael Fox & George of Louisville, KY, Brenda Vaughn-Rogers & Larry of Winchester, KY and Tonya Vaughn & Darrell of Bonnyman, KY; Brothers: Clarence Fee & Linda of London, KY and Lonnie Fee & Lisa of Hyden, KY; Sisters: Geraldine Muncy of Louisville, KY, Ida Bubnick & Frank of Dayton, OH and Sandra Sizemore & Danny of London, KY; Grandchildren: Lonnie Von Bishop, Joe Bishop, Bain Vaughn, Cody Blake Hall; Great-Grandchildren: Cora Jolyne Hall and Josie Kay Hall; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Beulah Faye Fee-Vaughn will be held on Thursday – December 18, 2025 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Merill David Collins and Travis France officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Combs Cemetery located at Pigeon Roost.
