Billie Allen born September 5, 1932 departed this life on Saturday August 27, 2022 being 89-years old.  Billie was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Oscar Bays and the late Delphia Brown Bays.  Billie was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Allen.

Billie Allen leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Nieces, Bobbe Sturdivant & Rick of Hazard, KY and Eva Stamper of Lexington, KY; Nephew, Ted Stamper of Hazard, KY; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

There will be a private graveside service for Billie Allen on Wednesday August 31, 2022!
