Billie was born at Dothan, Alabama the daughter of the late Bill Womack and the late Lorraine Combs. Billie Loved spending time with her family and friends and was an Avid Cat Lover.

Billie Joyce "B.J" Logan leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Son, Vernon Logan of Hazard; Two Brothers, Michael Womack & Nikki of Hazard, James Todd Womack of Norfolk, VA; Two Sisters, Michelle Fields & Kelly of Hazard, Wendy Womack & Buddy of Vicco. A host of Nieces, Nephews, and other Relatives and Friends survive.

Funeral Services for Billie Joyce "B.J." Logan will be conducted on Saturday June 18, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Merill David Collins officiating. The Interment will follow in the Fugate Family Cemetery located at Lower Second Creek. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday from 1:00 till 2:00 P.M.
