Billie Ann Couch born February 22, 1961 departed this life on Monday September 26, 2022 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 61-years old. Billie Ann was born at Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late V.C. White and the late Bessie Sizemore White; Other than her parents, Billie Ann was also preceded in death by Two Sisters, Mae White and Oda Mae White; Three Brothers, Roger White, Cruzzie White, and Gilbert White.

Billie Ann Couch leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband of 48-years, Larry Couch of Hazard; Four Daughters, Christina Collins & Doug of Bulan, Elizabeth Diane Couch & Scotty of Hazard, Rosemary Couch & Kevin of Dunraven, Angelina Couch & James Ryan of Hazard; Three Brothers, Lige White & Trella of Hazard, Henry White & Gustavo Hernandez of Louisville, KY, Jimmy Bo White & Teresa of IN; Sister, Brenda Colwell & Suel of Avawam; Special Nieces & Nephews, Alisha & Greg, Ruthie Jones, Chris Colwell, Jessica Dixon & Cody, Crystal White & Marvin, Kaitlyn White; Grandchildren, Kaila, Jadidah, Eric, Marcus, Robert, Cody, Alisha, Noah Scott, Brenle, and Nova; A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Billie Ann Couch will be conducted on Tuesday October 4, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. at the Krypton Brethren Church with Rev. B.J. Campbell officiating. The Interment will follow in the Hickory Gap Cemetery located at Busy, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Krypton Brethren Church on Monday evening after 6:00 P.M.
