Billy Collins born July 12, 1967 departed this life on Thursday- July 24, 2025 at the Hazard A.R.H being 58-years old.  Billy was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late JD Collins and the late Bernadean Collins.  Other than his parents, Billy was also preceded in death by his sister Erma Bennett; brothers, Larry, Lester, and Johnny Ray Collins.

Billy Collins leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory; wife, Opal Collins; sons, Billy Collins (Glenna), Brandon Collins (Hope); brother, JC Collins; grandchildren, Kaylee Collins, Karleigh Collins Morris, Nicholas Collins, and Colton Collins; special friends, Mike Combs, Harold Lawson(JR), William Collins(Wig), James Huff, Terry Baker, JC Collins, David Collins, and Willie Lewis; also, a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends survive.

Memorial Service will be conducted on Friday July 25, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Merrill David Collins officiating.  Visitation will be on Friday July 25, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
