Bobby Gene Walters born January 21, 1935 went Home to be with the Lord on Thursday April 21, 2022 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 87-years old. Bobby was born at Knott County, Kentucky the son of the late Willie Walters and the late Martha Shepherd. Other than his parents, Bobby was also preceded in death by Two Sisters, Lydia and Delphia.

Bobby Gene Walters leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife of 40-years, Evelyn Walters of Hazard; Son, Carter Ritchie of Ivel, KY; Four Daughters, Ruby Gayheart & Gary of Fisty, KY, Joann Gibbins & Chris of Fisty, KY, Anna Kay Ritchie of Prestonsburg, KY, Bonnie Cornett of OH; Grandson, Kenneth. A host of other Relatives and Friends survive.

Funeral Services for Bobby Gene Walters will be conducted on Monday April 25, 2022 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home. The Interment will follow in the Shepherd Family Cemetery located at Knott County, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Monday from 1:00 till 2:00 P.M.
