Carlos Ray White born June 3, 1974 departed this life on Wednesday – January 7, 2026 at his residence in Hazard, Kentucky being 52-years old.  Carlos was born in Knoxville, TN the son of the late Larry Masterson and the late Lisa White.  Other than his parents, Carlos was also preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie White.

Carlos Ray White leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: sons, Anthony Barnes, and Jeffrey Solomon; grandchildren, Carson, Bryson, Finn, Brooklynn, Ryan; special friends, Amanda Hughes, and Bruce Combs.
