Carolyn Ann Adkins born May 3, 1965 departed this life on Tuesday March 28, 2023 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 57-years old. Carolyn was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late William "Bill" Adkins and the late Lorene Adkins.

Carolyn Ann Adkins leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Son, Jeremy Oliver & Paige of London, KY; Brother, Billy Adkins & Lisa of Viper; Sister, Kathy Combs & Roger of Viper; Special Friend, Elvis Shell of Viper; Two Grandchildren, Carson Darrell Oliver and Wyatt Crew Oliver. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Carolyn Ann Adkins will be conducted on Saturday April 1, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Billy Adkins officiating. The Interment will follow in the Green Fields Cemetery located at Viper, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M.
