Celia Stacy born August 13, 1936 departed this life on Wednesday July 20, 2022 at the Owsley County Health Care Center in Booneville, Kentucky being 85-years old.  Celia was born in Leslie County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Andy Wells and the late Laura Griffith Wells.  Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her Husband, Robert Lee Stacy and a host of Brothers & Sisters.  Celia had worked for the Hazard A.R.H. for over 20-years.

Celia Stacy leaves a host of family and friends to cherish her memory:  Funeral Services for Celia Stacy will be conducted on Friday July 22, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with the Interment to follow in the Resthaven Cemetery located at Jeff, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Friday from 12:00 – 2:00 P.M.
