Charlotte Lewis born March 15, 1971, departed this life on Tuesday – September 16, 2025, at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center being 54-years old.  Charlotte was born in Manchester, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Don Lewis and Bonnie Jean Lewis.  Other than her parents, Charlotte was also preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Darrell Lewis.

Charlotte Lewis leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: brothers; Donnie Wayne Lewis & Abbie of Hyden, Kentucky, Scott Lewis & Angel of Stinnett, Kentucky, and Dustin Rice & Wanona of London, Kentucky. Also, a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Charlotte Lewis will be held on Friday evening – September 19, 2025, 4:00 – 8:00 P.M., at the Hals Fork Church at Bear Branch, Kentucky.  The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at   1:00 P.M. at the Hals Fork Church at Bear Branch, Kentucky with Jerry McKinley and Ben Mosley officiating. The interment will be at the Abe Couch Cemetery located at Bear Branch, Kentucky.
