Clara Sue Stidham born May 24, 1946 departed this life on Friday March 1, 2024 at her residence in Hazard being 78-years old. Clara was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Amos Baker and the late Flara Fugate Baker. Other than her parents, Clara was also preceded in death by one daughter, Shellay Rose Stidham; two brothers, Richard Baker and Rufus Baker. Clara loved to cook, homemaking, gardening, canning, and taking care of special needs children and she lovingly adored her chihuahua dog, Baby. Family meant everything to Clara and it reflected in how she lived.

Visitation for Clara Sue Stidham will be held on Tuesday March 5, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will follow on Wednesday at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Terry Joseph officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sukey Gap Cemetery in Busy, Kentucky.
