Claude Caudill born December 15, 1938 departed this life on Tuesday November 15, 2022 at his residence in Lexington, Kentucky being 83-years old.  Claude was born at Hallie, Kentucky the son of the late Mason Caudill and the late Verna Halcomb Caudill.  Other than his parents, Claude was also preceded in death by his Wife, Rudell Caudill; Son, Dewayne "Dank" Caudill; Two Brothers, Jimmy and Cletis Caudill; and Three Sisters, Mattie Huff, Bertie Johnson, and Louise Whitaker.  Claude was a Veteran serving in the U.S. Army, a Millwright by occupation and was a great Father, Grandfather, and Great-Great-Grandfather.

Claude Caudill leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Son, Guy Caudill & Lola of Lexington, KY; Two Brothers, Mason Caudill, Jr. & Jean of Ewing, Virginia and Gerald Lane Caudill & Joan of Little Leatherwood, KY; Sister, Evalee Willoughby of Little Leatherwood, KY; 8-Grandchildren, Matthew Caudill & Yvonne of Williamstown, KY, Megan Walker & Tommy of Lexington, KY, Josh Caudill & Ladonna of Lexington, KY, Jessica Brown & Stewart of Sebastian, Florida, Jennifer Wagoner & Josh of Lexington, KY, Max Olson of Lexington, KY, Steven Olson & Sarita of Tallahassee, Florida, and Kyleigh Caudill of Lexington, KY; 11-Great Grandchildren, 2-Great-Great-Grandchildren; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Claude Caudill will be held at Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday November 19, 2022 from 12:00 – 2:00 P.M. with funeral services to follow at 2:00 P.M.  with Military Rites to be conducted by the Hazard-Perry County D.A.V. chapter #64.  The Interment will follow in the Caudill Family Cemetery located at Little Leatherwood, Kentucky.
