Cleo Tackett Miller born May 18, 1952 departed this life on Wednesday – January 7, 2026 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center being 73-years old.  Cleo was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late William Howard "Bad Jack" Tackett and the late Opal Centers Tackett.  Other than her parents, Cleo was also preceded in death by her Brother, Ronnie Tackett; Sisters: Vivan Head, Lucille Beddinghaus, Jackie Risner, Laura Tackett, and Reva Tackett; Brother-In-Law, Wayne Combs; and many other close family & friends.  Cleo worked as a Lab Technician for 32-years, and was loved by everyone who met here and she loved everyone she met.

Cleo Tackett Miller leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Daughter: Crystal Miller & Zon of Hazard; Grandchildren: Kristina Engle & Jason of Vicco and Kaleigha Jewell & Isaiah of Hazard; Great-Grandchildren: Ryan, Kingston, Jude, and Grayson; Brothers & Sisters: George Tackett & Gayle of Hazard, William Tackett & Wanda of Viper, Josephine Combs of Hazard, Kem Tackett & Karen of Ary, and Penny Ison & Bob of Cornettsville; also a host of nieces, nephews, and many other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Cleo Tackett Miller will be held on Saturday – January 10, 2026 at the Lothair United Methodist Church from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday with Bob Sweeney officiating.
