Colonel Boyd Stacy born October 16, 1946 departed this life on Monday September 4, 2023 at his residence in Hazard being 76-years old. Colonel was born in Napfor, Kentucky the son of the late Colonel Lily Stacy and the late Lillie Campbell Wooton. Other than his Parents, Colonel was also preceded in death by his Son, Dwayne Stacy; Brothers, Jesse, Leslie, Critt, Tom, and Herbert Stacy; Sisters, Bulah, June and an Unnamed baby girl. Colonel was a Veteran having Served as a Sergeant in the United States Army.

Colonel Boyd Stacy leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Step-Son, Johnnie Elliott of MI; Brother, Denver Campbell of Loveland, OH; Sister, Lillie Jeanette Maggard of Krypton, KY. A host of Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, nieces and nephews survive.

A Celebration of Life for Colonel Boyd Stacy will be conducted on Sunday September 10, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Krypton Brethren Church. Military Rites will be performed by the Hazard Perry County D.A.V. Chapter #64.
