Conley Edward Napier born October 15, 1962 departed this life on Thursday October 6, 2022 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 59-years old. Conley was born at Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late James Napier and the late Erma Raye Chandler Napier. Other than his parents, Conley was also preceded in death by his Wife, Wilma Napier and Brother, Danny Napier. Conley loved spending time with his family.

Conley Edward Napier leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Son, Justin Mullins & Krista of Hazard; Daughters, Sammy Neace & David of Bulan, Betty Mullins & Randy of Combs; Step-Children, Tina Smith & Tony of Bonnyman, Jerri Sweet & Mike of Chavies, Barb Combs & Robert of Hardburly, Cody Bush of Viper, Logan Combs of Viper, Shawn Bush of Hazard; Brother, Paul Napier of Bulan; Sisters, Pauline Baker & Cager of Buckhorn, Gloria Colwell of Chavies. Fourteen Grandchildren, and a host of Great-Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews survive.

Funeral Services for Conley Edward Napier will be conducted on Tuesday October 11, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Charlie Miller officiating. The Interment will follow in the Neace-Napier Cemetery located at Bulan, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M.
