Craig Fields born July 13, 1959 departed this life on Saturday May 4, 2024 at the Hazard ARH Hospital being 64-years old. Craig was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Owen Fields and the late Juanita Asher Fields. Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by three brothers, James Owen Fields, Roy Fields, and Marcus Fields: two sisters, Bertha Burks and Linda Finnigan. Craig loved fishing, being outside, and spending time with his family and friends.

Craig Fields leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife, Mallie Ann Fields of Viper; daughter, Chassity Woolums & Mark of Cynthiana; son, Craig Justin Fields of Lexington; Grandson, Luke Woolumns; brothers, Rufus Fields of Line Fork and George Fields of Viper; sister, Judy Fields of Viper. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

A Private Service will be held at the cemetery at a later date for family and close friends.
