Cynthia "Ginger" Reinstetle born April 25, 1970, departed this life on Tuesday – January 20, 2026 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 55-years old.  Ginger was born in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of Faye Neace and the late Shade Neace.  Other than her father, Ginger was also preceded in death by her brother, James Ray Neace.  Ginger had a strong love for family and community, in providing care through all stages of life & learning.

Cynthia "Ginger" Reinstetle leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband, John Reinstetle of Hazard, KY; Daughter, Chelsea Walker & Chris of Pikeville, KY; Son, Dustyn Reinstetle & Ashley of Pikeville, KY; Grandchildren, Blake Walker and Keelan Reinstetle; Mother, Faye Neace of Hazard, KY; Sister, Cathy Norton & Shawn of North Carolina; Special Niece, Christian Dixon & Charlie Dixon; Nephew, Colton Dixon; Special Friends: Kelly, Toni, Sherry, Heather and Greg; also a host of many other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Cynthia "Ginger" Reinstetle will be held on Thursday – January 22, 2026, at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at 7:00 P.M. with Paul Sluss officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wells Hospice Care Center – 101 Dennis Sandlin MD Cove – Hazard, Kentucky 41701.
