David Shane Combs born November 4, 1973 departed this life on Monday – March 24, 2025 at his residence in Scuddy, Kentucky being 51-years old.  David was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Pamela Huff Combs and the late Danny Lynn Combs.  Other than his father, David was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Arcel & Reva Huff; paternal grandparents, Glen & Ruby Combs; niece, Haley Campbell.

David Shane Combs leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: sons, Mason David Combs, John Gabriel Combs, and Colin Seth Combs all of Cornettsville, KY; mother, Pam Combs of Scuddy, KY; brother, Jason Combs of Scuddy, KY; sister, Paige Fugate of Hazard, KY; nieces, Brandi Fugate of Scuddy, KY and Starla Campbell of Kodak, KY; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for David Shane Combs will be conducted on Thursday – March 27, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Jarred Salmons officiating.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday – March 27, 2025 from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.  The Interment will be on Friday – March 28, 2025 at the Spencer Cemetery located at Cornettsville, Kentucky.
