Debbie Combs born February 23, 1961 departed this life on Wednesday June 7, 2023 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 62-years old. Debbie was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Manual Stamper and the late Mary Lou Creech Stamper. Other than her Parents, Debbie was also preceded in death by her Brother, David Stamper and her Brother-In-Law, Johnny Neace.

Debbie Combs leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Sons, Grover Stamper & Jenny of Bulan, Jeff Combs & Joy of Bulan; Daughters, Misty Hurt & DJ of IN, Mary Rose Neace; Sister, Janice Neace of Bonnyman; Grandchildren, Kimberly, Grover, Kaitlin, Dakota, Brooke, Emileigh, Mason, Daxton, Brittany, Angela, Matthew, Mikey, Jesse, Isaiah, Malachi, and Lil Johnny; Great-Grandchildren, Jackson and Braxton. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

A Celebration of Life for Debbie Combs will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. on Friday June 9, 2023 at the Hiner Church of the Lord Jesus Christ with Jesse Wagers officiating.
