Deborah Burkhead born February 15, 1958, departed this life on Sunday – May 18, 2025, at her residence in Vicco, Kentucky being 67-years old. Deborah was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Calloway Green and the late Shirley Templeton.  Other than her parents, Deborah was also preceded in death by her daughter, Carla Costello.

Deborah leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: husband, Carl Randall Burkhead; sons, Donald May, Braxton Grace and David Grace; daughters, Angela Root, April Lewis; brother, Frankie Templeton; sister, Anita Green; also, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren survive.

Visitation for Deborah Burkhead will be conducted on Thursday-May 22, 2025 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 12:00 -2:00 P.M.  The Funeral Service will be on Thursday-May 22, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle- Bowling Funeral Home with Chris Sales officiating. The Interment will follow in the Burkhead Family Cemetery in Vicco, Kentucky.
