Delbert Cornett born November 10, 1960 departed this life on Tuesday June 20. 2023 at his residence being 62-years old.  Delbert was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Thee Cornett and the late Judy Walters Cornett.  Delbert enjoyed fishing, and loved his dog Macy dearly.

Delbert Cornett leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Girlfriend, Brenda Wooton of Hazard; Six Brothers, Joe Cornett of Hazard, Larry Cornett of Hazard, Logan Cornett & Mary Jane of Christopher, Robert Cornett & Juana of Christopher, Darrell Cornett & Angie of Christopher, and Estill Cornett of Christopher; Two Sisters, Patricia Hughes of Christopher and Pamela Cornett of Hazard; Special Friends, James Baker and Harold Baker; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

There will be private services held for Mr. Delbert Cornett at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Cornett Family Cemetery located at Christopher, Kentucky.
