Dicie Collins

Dicie Collins born November 17, 1954 departed this life on Saturday – October 17, 2026 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 71-years old. Dicie was born in Perry County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John C. Couch and the late Alwilda Couch. Other than her parents, Dicie was also preceded in death by her brother, David Couch; sister, Emma Couch; first husband, Issac Collins; second husband, Brown Baker.

Dicie Collins leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: nephew, Paul Couch; great nephew, David Morris; great niece, Jessica Stacy.

Services for Dicie Collins will be Private. Interment will follow in the Baker Cemetery located at Laurel Mt. Road.
