Donald Lee Begley born January 5, 1961 departed this life on Friday – May 8, 2026 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 65-years old.  Donald was born in Perry County, Kentucky the son of the late Lincoln Begley and the late Pearl Combs Begley.  Other than his parents, Donald was also preceded in death by two sisters, Imogene Couch and Tina Begley; four brothers, Ted Begley, Ronnie Begley, Eugene Begley and Clarence Begley.  Donald had worked in maintenance at the Perry County Courthouse and had a love for fishing & hunting.

Donald Lee Begley leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife of 43-years, Sheila Begley of Combs, Kentucky; brother, William Begley of Corbin, Kentucky; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral Services for Donald Lee Begley will be conducted on Thursday – May 14, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Merill David Collins officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Begley-Combs Cemetery located at Combs, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M.
