Donald Wayne Runyon born June 22, 1961 departed this life on Wednesday – June 3, 2026 being 64-years old.  Donald was born in Chicago, Illinois the son of the late Franklin D. Runyon and the late Anna Jean Sparkman Runyon.  Other than his parents, Donald was also preceded in death by his son, Bryce Combs; wife, Debra Singleton; sister-in-law, Gloria Kaye Runyon.  Donald was an avid dirt track racer, he enjoyed anything racing.

Donald Wayne Runyon leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: son, Jeremy Runyon & Bret of Wurtland, KY; daughter, Amanda Runyon-Smith & Stacy of Hazard, KY; sister, Darlene Combs & Alan of Richmond, KY; three brothers, Danny Runyon of Bulan, KY, Anthony Runyon of Bulan, KY and Damon Runyon & Paula of Hazard, KY; two granddaughters, McKenna Fugate and Kyndell Caudill; two special nephews, Clark Runyon and Elliott Runyon; also a host of nieces, nephews, and many other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral Services for Donald Wayne Runyon will be conducted on Saturday – June 6, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Merill David Collins officiating.  The Visitation will be held on Saturday at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 12:00 – 2:00 P.M.
