Donna Ashbrook born July 6, 1945, departed this life on Saturday – December 20, 2025, at the Knott County Health & Rehab being 80-years old. Donna was born in Knott County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Carl Ashbrook and the late Trannie Centers Ashbrook.  Other than her parents, Donna was also preceded in death by her sisters: Billie Jean Cornett, Gwen Fields, Lillian Stiff, and Evelyn Ashbrook; and Niece, Pamela Holbrook.

Ms. Donna Ashbrook leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Nieces: Sharon Cornett-Caudill of Lexington, KY and Brenda Collins of Campton, KY; Nephews: Bart Breeding of Lexington, KY, Roger Breeding of Lexington, KY and Jim Fields of Campton, KY; Special Honorary Neice, Sarah Irene Grigsby of Vicco, KY.

Visitation will be held for Donna Ashbrook on Tuesday – December 23, 2025, at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday – December 23, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Randy Johnson officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Robert S. Cornett Memorial Cemetery located at Sassafras, Kentucky.
