Donna Faye Combs born January 2, 1960 departed this life on Tuesday– July 8, 2025 at Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 65-years old.  Donna was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of late Evan Campbell and the late Rebecca Campbell. Other than her parents, Donna was also preceded in death by her husband Dishman Feltner.

Donna Faye Combs will be remembered for her selfless devotion to her family, to her church, and to her friends. Donna enjoyed her family , her church community, and traveling. Her Legacy of love and generosity will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.  Donna also enjoyed her time with her special dog Mollie.

Donna Faye Combs  leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: husband, Johnny Combs; daughter Kristin Feltner(BJ); son, Brian Feltner(Kayleigh); step-son Joshua Combs(Amber); brothers, Roger Campbell(Kim), Ray Campbell(Shelia); sister, Rita Williams(Marvin); grandchildren, Caleb Morris, Kolston Feltner, Katie Feltner, Gavin Feltner, Devin Combs, Kinzleigh Feltner, Marec Combs, Maddox, and Mateo; great grandchildren, Parklyn Feltner, and Kolton Feltner. Also a host of special friends survive.

In lieu of flowers family has requested donations be made to Christopher Church of God.

Celebration of Life for Donna Faye Combs will be held at 1:00 P.M.  on Saturday– July 12, 2025 at the Christopher Church of God with Daniel Madden Officiating.
