Donna Jean Gayheart born November 13, 1971 departed this life on Friday – November 28, 2025 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 54-years old.  Donna was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of Gene Gayheart and Janice Gayheart.

Donna Jean Gayheart leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: parents, Gene and Janice Gayheart; sons, Conner Paul Campbell, Hunter Gene Lesly; brother, Gene Gayheart Jr. & Rebecca; grandchild, Stormi Gene Rose Campbell; loving dog Piper; also a host of nieces and nephews survive.
