Donnie "Badent/Houdini" Mosley born March 30, 1947 departed this life on Tuesday – July 29, 2025 at his residence being 78-years old.  Donnie was born in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late Lawrence Mosley and the late Minnie Smith Mosley.  Other than his parents, Donnie was also preceded in death by his wife, Judy Belle Vanover Mosley; brothers, Willie, Kenneth and George; sisters, Mae and Ruby.  Donnie was a lifelong electrician, working at TECO and Perry County Coal Companies.

Donnie Mosley leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: son, Donnie Michael Mosley & JoAnn of Hazard, Kentucky; sister, Essie White of Florence, KY; two grandchildren, Zachary & Isaiah Mosley; girlfriend of 26-years, Linda Day and her children – Brenda, Joey and Timmy.  A host of many other family & friends survive.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Donnie Mosley at the Avawam Pentecostal Church on Monday – August 4, 2025 beginning at 6:00 P.M. with Pastor James Cornett officiating.
