Dorothy Morris Huff born February 14, 1947 departed this life on Wednesday May 31, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center being 76-years old.  Dorothy was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Dan Morris and the late Grace Johnson Morris.  Other than her parents, Dorothy was also preceded in death by her Daughter, Elizabeth Ann Combs; Sister, Mary Wilson; Brothers, Jimmy Morris, Wayne Morris, and Johnny Morris.  Dorothy was a mother to all, she loved her flowers, working in the garden, and cooking.  Dorothy truly loved all her family and cared for all.

Dorothy Morris Huff leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband of 56-years, William Huff, Jr. of Smilax, KY; Two Sons, Danny Huff & Rosa of Busy, KY and William Huff & Windy of Viper, KY; Daughter, Jina Amburgey & Don of Litt Carr, KY; Daughter-In-Law, Lois Ann Coots of Yeaddiss, KY; Six Brothers, Bobby Morris & Mary of Viper, Ray Morris of Vicco, Joe Morris & Willa Dean of Sassafrass, James Morris & Carla of Sassafrass, Lee Morris & Frankie of Viper, and Tommy Morris & Mae of Viper; Grandchildren, Special Grandson William Brent Huff, Danny Huff, Jr. & Megan, Jonathon Daniel Huff & Rebekah, Arnold Combs, Jordan Detherage, Alex Combs, Skyler Turner, Anthony Turner & Amanda, and Anthony Johnson & Jasmine; Great-Grandchildren, River Andrew, Deemie Jo, Nolan Daniel, Olivia Reice, and Malachi; Two Special Cats, Snowy and Midget; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Dorothy Morris Huff will be conducted on Monday June 5, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Tommy Fields and Alan Coots officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery located at Jeff, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Sunday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M.
