Dwayne Blanton born August 5, 1957 departed this life on Tuesday August 30, 2022 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 65-years old. Dwayne was born at Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late George Shell and the late Easter Shell. Dwayne loved being outdoors.

Dwayne Blanton leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Loving Partner of 40-years, Connie Addington of Viper; Daughter, Joanna Blanton of Viper. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Dwayne Blanton will be conducted on Friday evening September 2, 2022 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 5:00 till 7:00 P.M.
