Earl "Jeep" Bowling, Jr. born December 14, 1941 departed this life on Saturday January 13, 2024 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 82-years old. Jeep was born in Bowlingtown, Kentucky the son of the late Earl Bowling and the late Hannah Bowling. Other than his parents, Jeep was also preceded in death by his Wife, Norma Pat Bowling; One Sister, Gail Bowling Helton; Brother, Euell "Rat" Bowling; One Niece, Melody Bowling. Jeep owned several Businesses, one being "Jeep's Trucking". He cherished all of the men that worked for him and his co-workers at Kem Coal.

Earl "Jeep" Bowling, Jr. leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Daughter, Whitney Bowling & Josh of Hazard; One Sister, Brenda Bowling Clemons & Tim of Hazard; Special Cousin, Larry Bowling; Grandson, Orion Johnson; Step-Granddaughter, Storie Johnson; Nieces, Robin Coffey & Jesse, Rhonda Kenney, Raquel Tribbey & Dennis, Rebecca Helton, Ramona Bowling, Karla Varney & Chris, Courtney Clemons Blanton. A host of Great Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Earl "Jeep" Bowling, Jr. will be held on Thursday January 18, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday January 19, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Kenny Smith officiating.  Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in Hazard, Kentucky.
