Elbert Williams born September 13, 1942 departed this life on Thursday – April 3, 2025, at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Center being 82-years old.  Elbert was born in Leslie County, Kentucky the son of the late Joe Williams and the late Betty Engle Smith.  Other than his parents, Elbert was also preceded in death by his wife Racheal Williams. Elbert loved to fish.

Elbert Williams leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: son, E.J. Williams of Hazard, KY; close friends, Cotton, Loretta, Carolyn, Alexia, and Mandy; special friends, Jordan and Edith.  A host of other relatives and friends survive.
