Elmer Lee Blair born August 23, 1952 departed this life on Friday November 18, 2022 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 70-years old.  Elmer was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Elmer Blair and the late Matilda Smith Blair.  Other than his parents, Elmer was also preceded in death by his Brother, Higgins Blair; Sister, Mary Etta Coots; Half-Brothers, Paul Combs and Pearl Dyer; Four Half-Sisters, Betty Coots, Martha Hurt, Ruth Burns and Mabel Burns.  Elmer was a Truck Driver by occupation and was a Member of the Masonic Lodge.

Elmer Lee Blair leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Son, Jeremy Lee Blair of Paducah, KY; Sister, Faye Deal of New Jersey; Grandson, Dylan Blair; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Elmer Lee Blair will be conducted on Sunday November 27, 2022 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home.   Funeral services will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Sunday at 1:00 P.M. with B.J. Campbell officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Gayheart-Clear Fork Cemetery located at Lotts Creek, Kentucky.
