Else Campbell born June 29, 1943 departed this life on Wednesday July 3, 2024 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 81 years old. Else was born n Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Andrew Campbell and the late Ella Mae Campbell. Other than his parents, Else was also preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Williams; brothers, Steve Campbell, Claude Campbell and Lonnie Campbell; sisters, Sally Campbell and Sandra Campbell Rex. Else was a United States Army Veteran.

Else Campbell leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: sons, Lester Campbell of Hazard, Mark Campbell & Tina of Hazard; daughter, Lorene Hurt of Hazard; brothers, Amos Campbell & Janet of Hazard, Harold Campbell & Kay of Hazard, John Campbell & Ruth of Somerset, KY, Linville Campbell & Sandy of Nicholasville, KY; sister, Tammy Couch of Hazard; grandchildren, Brittany, Brooklyn, Brandy, Austin and Zach; great-granddaughter, Adelynn.

Visitation for Else Campbell will be held on Saturday July 6, 2024 at the Engle Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M. Funeral Services will follow at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Sunday at 1:00 P.M.  The Interment will follow in the Campbell Cemetery at Rowdy, Kentucky. Military Rites will be performed by the Hazard-Perry County D.A.V. Chapter #64.
