Ernasteen "Liz" Luigi born February 15, 1937 departed this life on Tuesday December 20, 2022 at her residence in Vicco, Kentucky being 85-years old. Ernasteen was born in Vicco, Kentucky the daughter of the late Floyd Watts and the late Italy Watts. Other than her parents, Ernasteen was also preceded in death by her Husband, Richard Luigi; Two Brothers, Rodney Watts and Skyler Watts; Two Sisters, Georgia Gail Whitley and Sheila Watts. Ernasteen proudly served in the United States Airforce for approximately 21-years. Ernasteen enjoyed her family, attending ballgames, and enjoyed woodworking.

Ernasteen "Liz" Luigi leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Sister, Gloria Couch & Jody of Vicco; Brother, Baron Watts * Serenia of Vicco; Nephews, Randall Riley & Lauren of Hindman, KY, Bradley Couch & Kelsey of Vicco, Buddy Watts & Wendy of Vicco; Special Niece, Velisa McDougal of Vicco. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Ernasteen "Liz" Luigi will be conducted on Thursday December 22, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Dylan Combs officiating. The Interment will follow in the Bellevue Cemetery located in Bellevue, Nebraska. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday from 2:00 till 4:00 P.M.
