Ernest Wayne Wooton born March 17,1961 departed this life on Sunday May 8,2022 at his residence in Happy, Kentucky being 61-years old. Ernest was born at Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late James Wooton and the late Rachel Jent Wooton. Other than his parents, Wayne was also preceded in death by Two Sisters, Sherry Wooton and Donna Wooton.

Ernest Wayne Wooton leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife, Penny Renee of Hazard; Son, Christopher Wooton & Nancy of Paducah, KY; Three Brothers, Luther Wooton & Holly of Viper, Rick Wooton & Deb of Scuddy, Jerry Wooton & Debbie of Hazard; Three Sisters, Tammy Elliott & Damon of Scuddy, Carol Smith & Albert of Scuddy, Rita Pemberton & Bradley of Somerset, KY; Grandson, Memphis Reigns Wooton. A host of other Relatives and Friends survive.

Funeral Services for Ernest Wayne Wooton will be conducted on Friday May 13,2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Merill David Collins officiating. The Interment will follow in the Scuddy Cemetery located at Scuddy, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Friday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M.
