Eugene Jack Noplis *U.S. Navy Veteran* born May 17, 1938 departed this life on Thursday – November 6, 2025 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 87-years old.
The Family will honor Eugene's request and there will be no services held.
