Floyd Feltner, Jr. born April 25, 1970 departed this life on Wednesday February 8, 2023 at his residence in London, Kentucky being 52-years old. Floyd was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Floyd Feltner and the late Jenny Collins Feltner. Other than his parents, Floyd was also preceded in death by his Wife, Missy Herald Feltner; Son, Cody Allen Collins. Floyd loved fishing, motorcycles, and playing Bingo.
