Forrest "Mike" Warfield born May 20, 1948 went Home to be with the Lord on Saturday March 4, 2023 at his residence in Lost Creek, Kentucky being 74-years old. Mike was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Forrect C. Warfield and the late Margaret Childers Warfield. Other than his Parents, Mike was also preceded in death by his Son, Forrest Michael Warfield, Jr. and One Brother, Gary Warfield.  Mike was a Member of the Blair Memorial Baptist Church and the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. Mike was the very best Husband as well as a loving Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather and  loved spending time with his family, church family, and friends.

Forrest "Mike" Warfield leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife of 53-years, Patricia Warfield of Lost Creek; Daughters, Mickey D. Warfield Gwin & Denny of Lost Creek, Tina Napier of Lost Creek, Christine Warfield of Lost Creek, Margaret Wooton & Michael of Lost Creek; Brothers, Richard Warfield of Lost Creek, Keith Warfield of Stanton, KY. Ten Grandchildren, Four Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Forrest "Mike" Warfield will be conducted on Tuesday March 7, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Blair Memorial Baptist Church with Joe Engle and Travis France officiating. The Interment will follow in the Childers Cemetery located at Lost Creek, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Blair Memorial Baptist Church on Monday evening after 6:00 P.M.
