Frances McIntyre born July 31, 1940 departed this life on Tuesday January 6, 2026 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 85-years old. Frances was born in Viper the daughter of the late David Lewis and the late Roseann Lewis. Other than her parents Frances was also preceded in death by her husband Woleary McIntyre; son, Alger McIntyre; daughter, Karen Ann McIntyre; brother, Billy Joe Lewis.

Frances leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory:  one son, Gary McIntyre & Lucy of Viper, KY; two daughters, Terri Sue Fields & Jeff of Hallie, KY and Freda Sparkman & David of Hallie, KY; sister, Eunice Miniard; daughter-in-law, Diane McIntyre;15-grandchildren, 25-great grandchildren, 2-great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Frances McIntyre will be conducted on Sunday- January 11, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at Hazard, KY with Pastors Bob Caudill and Kevin Couch officiating. The Interment will follow in the W. McIntyre Memorial Cemetery located at Viper, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday January 10, 2026 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
