Frankie Neace born May 24, 1950, departed this life on Tuesday – December 16, 2025, at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 75-years old.  Frankie was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Goodloe Neace and the late Linda Miller Neace.  Other than her parents, Frankie was also preceded in death by her brothers, Joe Neace Jr. and Zack Neace, sisters, Zelphia Neace and Cleda Abel.

Frankie Neace leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Sons: Matthew Neace of Hazard, KY, Daughter: Mary Warren of Hazard, KY, Brother: John Neace of Dice, Kentucky; Sister: Serenia Noble of Combs, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Caiden, Jace, Nyla, Avianna, and MaHallie. Special Friend, Linda Cornett. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Frankie Neace will be held on Saturday – December 20, 2025, at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Joe Engle officiating.
