Gary Wayne Lawson born July 2, 1965 departed this life on Thursday October 26, 2023 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky being 58-years old. Gary was born in Perry County, Kentucky the son of the late Troley Lawson and the late Bonnie Jean Hensley Lawson. Other than his Parents, Gary was also preceded in death by his Wife, Abby Christine Lawson; One Sister, Sheila Marie Lawson. Gary loved to fish and being outdoors.

Gary Wayne Lawson leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Daughter, Whitney Ramey & James of Vicco; Brother, Johnny Dean Lawson & Shannon of Bulan; Sisters, Kathleen Bryant & Kenneth of Lothair, KY, Troleen Campbell & Bryant of Lower Second Creek; Grandchildren, Chelsea Neace, Austin Neace, Kaiden Ramey and Autumn Ramey; Great-Grandchildren, Kymberlynn Moore and Gracelynn Moore. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Gary Wayne Lawson will be conducted on Tuesday October 31, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Jesse Paul Wagers officiating. The Interment will follow in the Combs Cemetery located at Combs, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M.
