Gary David Lewis

Gary David Lewis passed away at his home in Hazard, Kentucky, on September 24, 2026.Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Lewis and Lodessal “Louise” Lewis, and his sister, Barbara Carroll Lewis.

Gary is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Lewis, and his two sons, Derek Lewis and Joshua Lewis; his sister, Joanne McIntyre and her husband, Lonnie, of Viper; and his brothers, Jerry Lewis and his wife, Prudie, of Bonnyman; Dennis Lewis and his wife, Shirley, of Benton, Kentucky; and Curtis Steven Lewis of Corbin, Kentucky. He is also survived by other family members and loved ones who will cherish his memory.

A Celebration of Life for Gary David Lewis will be held at: Vicco Worship Center 274 Main Street Vicco, KY 41773  with Ronald Davidson officiating. On Saturday, October 3, 2026 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. The Internment: will be at McIntyre family Cemetery. Please keep Gary’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
