George Waylon Mullins born March 24, 1981 departed this life on Tuesday June 13, 2023 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 42-years old. George was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late George Mullins and Martha Combs. George enjoyed and lived life to its fullest and also operated Sports City for many years.

George Waylon Mullins leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Mother & Step-Father, Martha Combs & Charlie of Hazard; Brother, Josh Combs & Terri of Louisville, KY; Four Sisters, Charla Napier & Michael of Hazard, Kimberly Mullins of Lexington, KY, Karah Combs of Hazard, Shana Mullins of Chavies; Nieces & Nephews, Gavin Jeter, Gage Jeter, Lexie Napier, Mason Napier, Charleigh Standafer, Kenzleigh Standafer, Scarlett Combs, and Layla Combs. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for George Waylon Mullins will be conducted on Friday June 16, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with A.J. Miller officiating. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Friday evening from 4:00 till 6:00 P.M.
